• If you are NOT hired (Standard Retention): We will retain your data for 12 months after the recruitment process ends. This allows us to reconsider you if the position re-opens and to maintain records in case of any disputes regarding the hiring process.
• Talent Pool (Extended Retention): If you explicitly consent to join our Talent Pool (via the checkbox on the application form), we will retain your resume, portfolio, and contact details indefinitely (or until you withdraw consent). This allows us to contact you for future unannounced projects or DLC expansions.
We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for.
